April 2015- March 2016 is the last financial year that the Building Maintenance Indemnity Scheme (BMIS) will be running. As an inevitable consequence of this it has been necessary to have 2 phases of payments.
The phase 1 BMIS charge has now been generated for those schools signed up to the scheme, and is now due for payment. Phase 2 will be uploaded by no later than the end of September 2016. Phase 2 is necessary for the jobs reported during the 2015-2016 financial year (whilst BMIS is still running) which are completed and invoiced next financial year. As you will appreciate, certain works at schools are only able to be undertaken during school holidays which will delay completion/invoicing. In previous years this has not been an issue as BMIS has continued into the next financial year.

Finance Officers/Bursars We have been asked to remove the full Phase 1 spreadsheet from this site. Please contact Property@bathnes.gov.uk for a copy of the spreadsheet with your schools charge if required.
